Help for 10 month old

My lb is constantly waking at night he’s in his own room but wakes crying and wants to get up constantly. He screams when I lay him back down

8-10 month sleep regression - very common and normal. Also could be teething? Waking in the night at 10 months is still very normal but hard nonetheless.

He is teething but iv been giving him stuff to help him like calpol and anbjt

Sorry that was meant to say ambesol. Iv also put a pillow under his cot mattress to raise his head but still doesn’t help 😓
