13 months old - sleep regression?

My 13/14 month old WILL NOT go to sleep at night, it’s taking hours and then we end up walking her in her pram to finally get her to sleep. It’s been like this for about a week, she is fed to sleep and used to go down after 20-30 mins but it’s iust not happening anymore. She’s recently dropped a nap - what would be the best time for her to have her one nap? I’m wondering if this is impacting on her going to bed, but she does seem tired... Is there a sleep regression at this age?! Any advice is most welcome!

Ds went through a sleep regression around 12 months. He had also tried to drop a nap but it was too early for him. He was so over tired by bedtime he couldn't settle and would end up beside himself.

We have days now (14 months) where he will only have one nap and again the nights become difficult. We try to do the normal routine but if he gets upset we take him out and play for 20 mins or so in a dimly lit room and try again. It took 3 attempts tonight but on the third he had his milk and went straight to sleep.

I've also found his night time routine suffers if he is working on a new skill, eg walking or obviously if he is teething (bloody molars).
