Hi all,
Looking for some advice my little girl has never been good at nap times and most days I go out in the car just to get her to sleep. She usually has half hour a day and by 5pm she’s extremely overtired and grumpy and goes to bed just after 6pm. She’s very good at bedtime we have a good routine of bath, milk, story’s and lullaby’s and she usually settles herself if we sit in the room. Just her naps are getting worse I usually try to get her to nap around 11.45 -12pm after her lunch but I have to restrain her and sing lullaby’s until she falls asleep. She’s now so strong I can barely hold her and I have so many bruises, she even pulls my hair out. I have tried controlled crying but she gets in such a state she’s then sick and I feel terrible. No idea what to do anymore, if anyone has any advice that would be great. Thanks in advance xx
