Before having DS I used to have a full 9/10 hours a night 🤣
Now my DS is 15 months and I get usually 7/8 hours, usually up at 6am. I may have to get out and shhh him once or twice a night but not always.
Just interested to hear what other mummy's get and how old bubbas are 😃

Oh and I'm pregnant again so extra wakings for hip pain, heartburn and needing a wee.

MartyMcFly1984 · 03/08/2018 22:28

About 5 hours a night for the last 4 and a half years. One started sleeping better as the other was born 🙈
Had to knock the hospital shifts on the head and go back to 9 to 5 work because I was just too tired.

DS is 13 months and I only get 4 hours of broken sleep. He has eczema so the heat isn't helping.😩

AgentCooper · 03/08/2018 22:32

DS is 10 months and usually sleeps about 8:30 to midnight then midnight to 5:30, then 5:30 to 7.

I'm not usually asleep before his first wake up and take a while to get back to sleep after his second so I can probably say about 6.5 hours in total. God, I miss my lovely sleep 😥

Mummy's? Bubbas? Hmm

Anyway, when my children were babies (not bubbas) they slept very well. 7-7 from a couple of months old. Now they're older they occasionally sleep in until 8a.m. but if not they stay in their rooms until 7.30 on a weekend and then play quietly until we get up at around 8-8.30.
When they were newborn babies and did wake in the night, my husband did at least half of the night feeds because they were formula fed, so even then I got a decent amount of kip.

Fuck all

snozzlemaid · 03/08/2018 22:43

I get as much sleep as I want. My 'bubbas' are 20 and 16.

5 or 6 hours of broken sleep on a good night. DD is 9 months old and has always been a bad sleeper. She has never slept through the night, ever. I feel dreadful most mornings (doesn't help that she wakes at 5.30!).

delphguelph · 05/08/2018 01:37

Your op is a bit sickly but I'll bite :

2dcs, 1.5 and 4.5 years.

Usually have at least a good six hour stretch, 8-9 on an exceptional night. Baby has been teething recently. They have 20 teeth in total. I thought they just had 16. Who knew!?

ParkheadParadise · 05/08/2018 01:53

A lot more than my DH😂😂

When dd has woken up during the night recently she's shouting for DH. So all I need to do is give him a elbow in the ribs and he gets up.

sprinklesthecat · 05/08/2018 05:14

Yeah it's mums and babies.

8-9 hours a night. My ds is 9.

nicolah132 · 07/08/2018 14:48

My son is 2 ... I get roughly 5 hours a night if I'm lucky! He's an awful sleeper but dare I say it.. I'm use to lack of sleep! Although I do look like a zombie 24/7Hmm

WhoAteAllthePercyPigs · 07/08/2018 18:51

I don't sleep. Non sleeping 9 month baby and 3 year old who's been waking a lot. I miss sleep. A lot.
