Baby won't settle

My little girl is 14 weeks and she has never been a good sleeper, however she is getting worse! She sleeps fairly well until about 1am and then after that is awake every 30-45 minutes. Sometimes she is hungry but quite a lot of the time she is just unsettled.
I feed her regularly during the day to try and make sure she is full before she goes to bed and we have a routine - morning/lunchtime/afternoon nap and bedtime starts at 6.30 with the aim of getting her down by 7.00 (although it's usually closer to 8.00 by the time she is settled).
I know she is still very little and so will need feeding during the night. It's the fact that she won't settle after that is the problem.
I have a 2 1/2 year old little boy as well, and every morning I am waking up absolutely shattered......we're probably getting about 3-4 hours sleep each night. Does anyone have any suggestions on things I can do? I'm exhausted...….X

Do you give wee one a bath before bed? I used to but it seems like it makes my one over tierd/excited. Other than that I have no advice just a internet hug and a caffeine iv drip 😂

Just came back to give you a bump. Hopefully someone will be along with advice

Sorry, it's the 4 mo sleep regression and also perfectly normal to wake frequently regardless of how often you feed them.

Ride it out, it should improve soon although baby sleep often gets worse again
