I know it's hot at the moment and that will affect things, but does anyone ever wake up feeling refreshed in the morning and if so, what's your secret?
I'm quite a morning person so once I'm up I'm fine, but I wake up feeling groggy most days. I wake up before my alarm, usually around 5.30, having had 7 hours sleep
I do have two small kids but don't get woken up by them
I wake up feeling refreshed maybe once every 2 months...is that normal!?
