How many naps?

DS is nearly 8 mo. He is usually awake for the day at around 6-6.30 am we usually have snuggles in bed for 20mins or so and then get dressed.
He has his first 30min nap about an hour and a half after he wakes, another 30-45min one around 11-12ish and generally a longer 1-1.5 hr nap between 2-4.

I feel like this might be a bit much but not sure how to readjust it. Recently he is wide awake at bedtime which is 7pm and takes up to an hour to go to sleep rolling around sitting up and giggling in his cot. It used to take around 15mins for him to fall asleep.

He also wakes about 4-5 times in the night. I'm BF but he's not always hungry.

Any advice on how to adjust things?

Bear in mind that there is a sleep regression at 8-10 mo but DS was only on 2 naps at 8 mo and has been better (not great) on only one longer middle of day one since 10 mo but he's on the early end for that

Could you try keeping him up longer first thing to 2 or 2.5 hours? Might sleep longer then and then do an afternoon nap instead of lunchtime nap?
