Getting LO to sleep on heat

Hi

My 7 monther 7 out of 10 times settles themselves really well. However in this heat it's been so hard. She's a light sleeper so we can't leave her window or door open as the noise wakes her. She has a fan running.

Usually a tummy skeroer, tonight she fell asleep on her back she was so tired. She roused a bit later when she rolled on her front and woke up crying. For the next hour we tried picking up, feeding and cuddling but the heat causes a sweat fest as soon as our bodies touched. In the end we had to leave and check her which was horrible but there was no other way, at least I don't think there was.... what do you do?
