4 month sleep regression

HELP!!!

We're one week into the 4 month sleep regression. Night time sleep still ok, sometimes waking once more than usual. It's day time naps!!! They are killing me! She refuses to nap during the day, which results in her being over tired and grumpy and crying all day, then makes bed time even worse. I EBF and can 50-50 nurse her to sleep. If that doesn't work it's a walk out in the pram or ride in the car. As the week has gone on it's taking longer and longer. It's too hot for both of us to be out and about in this heat, and I can't afford to be wasting the petrol driving about, I've driven over 80miles the last two days!!

I've read it doesn't last, PLEASE LET IT BE TRUE!!!!

Any tips?! Advice?! Tranquillisers?!

Send help 😭😭

Hi Op, I'm here in 4 month regression solidarity but ours is the other way round.. he will not sleep at night. Still awake now!
I've heard it can last between 2-6 weeks.. we are on day 10. I think we just have to grin and bear it. At least tour little one is ok at night !!

I’m in the middle of this now too! To add to his baby is in fussy leap 4 and got more vaccinations today AND the room is 27 degrees! Give me strength!

We are currently in this regression as well :( it's had me crying several times! Not only is she a nightmare to get to nap it takes us about 8/10+ times (around 2 hours) to get her to sleep in her cot at night. She will sleep fine in our arms but the second she hits her cot she's up and screaming or she will stay asleep in there for 10mins and then out of nowhere she's up screaming :( it's exhausting and I feel like there's no end to it :( I also feel like I'm teaching her bad habits by walking her to sleep, feeding her to sleep or pram walking her to sleep but it's the only way!!!!
