I cant get baby down to sleep he's is 10 days old he will fall asleep on me after a feed but as soon as I put him in the cot he wakes. What can i do? Thanks

Google 4th trimester and realise he's so very tiny and not used to being outside of you yet. Make sure you're safe and keep cuddling

I probably posted the same question about 16 months ago!

For the day time, a sling is a life saver, at night.... It'll get better. Keep trying, try co sleeping safely.

And for you- coffee, chocolate, biscuits!

Another vote for forth trimester and a sling. Do you have plenty of support?

Try a Velcro swaddle maybe when theyrea bit older but in the meantime do a nice tight swaddle with a cellular blanket and invest in a white noise machine from Amazon. Or whack the hairdryer on the cool setting and see whether they like it!

I kept mine swaddled whilst I fed him as he often feel asleep whilst feeding him, would wait a little after burping and then put him down in the basket.
