DS has never been the most amazing sleeper but we’d managed to get him sleeping from about 7pm to 6.30am ish. He was having a dream feed at 11pm and maybe a couple of dummy back in during the night.

For the last 4 weeks it has all gone to pot. He goes to sleep between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, sometimes going down like a dream and sometimes with over an hour of mucking about being daft. He is then getting up for the day at 4.30-5am Shock

He has never napped reliably, most days he has about 50 mins in the morning and may have another 40 mins in the afternoon but it’s not guaranteed. The only thing we have changed is to try and drop the night feed but I’ve reinstated it the last week to see if it kept him asleep for longer.

I’m not very well at the moment and suffering with chronic pain and DH works long hours with a long commute. I desperately need more sleep, as does DS - he’s shattered and grumpy. I don’t really feel like he wants to be up so early but he will not resettle, either in our bed or his own.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated, I’m done in!

Forgot to add he’s also up multiple times for dummy/a cuddle/just wanting me in his room for 10 mins while he falls back asleep
