So who's having a poo bedtime in the heat? DD is a light sleeper do no open window as road wakes her. Fan on but not much help. Sleeping in nappy only but monitor says 30 degrees. Poor thing. She's trying desperately to sleep!

Yup! Little one won't go down this evening...

My LO cannot stand this heat! Are you able to open windows on a landing or other bedrooms and leave the doors open to create a draught?

Not even a door open! She wakes so easily. So hard isn't it... can't even give them a nice reassuring cuddle as instant sweat fest. Ho hum. Cooler tomorrow.

Oh gosh that must be a pain, hopefully it's cools down for you! Yeah I try not to cuddle too much as we both get so hot and bothered, so difficult during the day when my little one wants to be rocked to sleep 😩

Can only get Dd to sleep by giving her a hot water bottle filled with cold water. Stick it in the freezer for 20 mind then into bed about 10 mins before she is. It cools the sheets and gives her something chilled next to her skin. She's in a pull up only.
