How do you pass the time and stay awake bf baby in the night?

So 9mo still wakes 3x a night (seperate issue lol). Just wondered what people.do to pass the time and stay awake? I usually read stuff on my phone set to night light but I would love to know if others have better suggestions to use the time...

I'd love to read my bookbbut havent worked out how without waking DS too much

Ha i do spend alot of time on ebay. Its a great time to start looking for some cheap bundles!

Oh and its not too bad waking 3x. It is very very hot still. And hes pulled off the odd 2 wakes a night so i cant grumble too much!

If I attempt to do anything my 9 month old gets too awake and distracted to feed. It’s only 10-15 mins at a time these days though, do you find your DS takes longer? For the sake of 10 mins I’m happy to just sit and look at her, sentimental as that sounds!

Or look at stuff on my phone.
Sometimes coslept if I was just too tired to sit up.

Oh dont get me wrong i love holding him, looking at him and stroking his hair. I really really do. But sometimes that makes me even more drowsy!! Baby cuddles are just so 😍

So its finding something to keep awake but not too awake. Lol

I havent actually tried to read in the semi dark. Maybe it would be light enough. I have a book light but i would bet money it will be too stimulating for DS
