Help please - dd has started waking at 3/4am!!!

Hi, hope someone can offer some ideas, dd is 11mths and for the last few months has been sleeping through most nights (from about 7/7.30pm to 6.30/7am) but for some reason the last 4 nights she has woke between 3/4am and is stood up in her cot, she wont lay back down just cries until I take her out of the cot. She evetually will fall back to sleep in my arms but this can take over an hour.

I cant think of anything that has changed so what could be the reason for this sudden waking up any ideas appreciated!!!!!!!!!

I have a similar problem with my 18 month old. I couldn't understand why he was waking, but then through the day he was laughing and threw his head back - inside were three new teeth (back ones too- ouch) I think that was his problem, maybe it's hers? worth a look.

Didnt think about possibility of it being teeth, she has only recently cut her top 2 but I suppose more could already be on their way! Will try and have a look but not easy to get to look in her mouth!!!!
