1 year old constant waking

Hi!

So my LB has never really slept for longer than 3/4 hours at a time since he was born.

He's had quite a few things going on from reflux, stopping breathing to CMPA and recurring tonsillitis.

I've tried taking his dummy away which he slept for 4 hours but then reverted back to 2 hour wake ups.

He just sits up and starts whinging before turning into full blown crying if I'm not quick enough with a dummy or bottle.

We're transitioning off special milk to normal cows milk which I thought might fill him up for a bit longer.

I've tried water instead of offering water and he just gets hysterical.

I really don't want to do CIO or CC but I am so sleep deprived.

I'd even be happy with 4 hours straight of sleep, any advice or tips please?!
