7 month sleep routine

Hi everyone

My LO has always been a good sleeper since about 8 weeks sleeping through the night. At around 6 months she started waking in the night due to teething but this settled down but she has now started waking again.

How long do your LO sleep for at nap times in the day? My dd normally has a nap after first bottle in the morning wakes for breakfast and plays for a couple of hours then has a little nap before lunch and the a late afternoon nap at no more than 30 mins a time. I know each baby is different just didn’t know if maybe I shouldn’t be letting her sleep for long after her first bottle of the day.

Thanks x

My 8 month old sleeps every 2.5 hours (ish), sometimes stretching to 3. Her naps are between 30 mins and 1.5 hours - I have no way of predicting or controlling how long they are. I wouldn’t wake her though, unless absolutely necassary. If your baby only sleeps for 30 mins then ime that’s just them! Naps should lengthen as they get older. Mine tends to sleep longer in her cot than anywhere else
