How do you move a second baby out of your bedroom

Just that, really! When our son was six months old we moved him from the bedside cot into the spare room and a larger cot. I then spent a few months going in for night feeds, still breastfeeding so usually he'd start the night in his cot and then we'd end up (safely) sharing the other bed in there. At around ten months we were all exhausted so did some gentle sleep training that worked really well.

So looking back that suited us well as a family. BUT now we have a five month old we want to move into the same bedroom over next few months, ie put her in travel cot at first and keep my son in his cot, then end up with him in the bed and her in the larger cot. But how do you move them if you're still breastfeeding and don't want to wake up the older one? And how on earth do you attempt sleep training with two in one room? I feel like we had all the time and space to do exactly what we worked with my son but no idea how to adapt with second.

Can anyone recommend any books or websites?

Personally I wouldn't bother if you're still having to get up to them in the night. You may have specific reasons or wanting to do this now - but unless there were other factors I'd just wait till they were reliably sleeping through myself.
