My baby is almost 5 months. We've already been through the 4 month regression which was hell and then we had teething which was also hell. Tooth number 1 is through and last week we visited some family, I feared the worst but actually, DS was amazing - slept 6.30pm - 5am every night and then 5-7 in our bed. Perfect! His daytime naps were great as well, easy to put him down and nice solid 1-2 hour naps.

Since we've got home its all gone to pot even though his room here is exactly the same set up - 20 degrees, blackoutblind, ewan, white noise, sleepyhead... Last night he woke up every 20 minutes. You rock him in your arms and he falls asleep and then as soon as he's put down he stirs. Sometimes he stays asleep but never for long.

I've noticed tooth number 2 is making its way through the surface and DS has been a bag of wind / bad poo since we got home. Should I put it down to change of scene?

I'm worried he's understimulated at home compared to when away and I'm also shit scared he'll carry on this no sleeping thing. I have PND and I'm struggling as it is, I really need sleep! :(

Forgot to mention - he's doing this weird arching back thing a lot when put down to sleep, almost like he's trying to turn to his side.

God knows.

I don't think changing location back to familiar room would explain all that. Teething would however and you say that the second is now coming through.
Could you ask partner to do some of the night comforting to give you a break?
