We coslept until a few months ago. She was then in her crib with us in our room until a few days ago. 8/10 times she stayed in all night. She did wake but settled with help of dp.
So two nights ago we decided to transition her to her room. (she's 14 months) the first night she woke at 2am and screamed. We put her back in with us in her crib and she screamed all night still. But she wasn't well yesterday so I think its that.
Last night she woke at midnight screaming so dp again, bought her in.
So I've done nap time today with her in her own room. I read her two stories and tried to settle her. An then I decided to stay with her and let her cry and settle her if I felt it got too bad. She eventually fell to sleep. She woke once, looked at me and settled herself back down.
She just woke again from her nap panicking. She can't really settle herself or be alone from us, ever.
Any advice? I'll do anything to make her happy. But I'm worried that she now can't settle herself down properly and she panics :(
