Plz give me your 3 month old nap routine?

I’m struggling a bit with my 3 month old (14 weeks) nap routine. This is ours:

-Wakes between half 7 and 8am
-Naps around 9.30/10 for up to an hour (this one is usually short ...30-45 minutes usually)

-Nap again somewhere between half 11 and 1 (depending on when he last woke) for up to an hour.

-Nap between 4 and 5, this has never been for more than half an hour. (Obviously if he has a nap at half 11 for an hour I tend to get him to sleep again at about 2.30 and then push the last nap past 5pm. )

Our bedtime routine starts at 7 with change of nappy/clothes, sleeping bag on, 5 oz formula bottle in his bedroom in the dark with white noise playing. He in generally always asleep in my arms by 8pm.

He then fusses and cries every time he’s put down for about an hour. Sometimes it will just take the boob to settle him once, last night it was 9.15 by the time he’d finally settled. Then he was up at 2.30, 5.30 and up for the day at 7.30.

Previous to this he was going down at 8pm no problem and sleeping until 4/5am then going back off til 8am. He tended to sleep a lot more during the day when he did this brilliant chunk of sleep .

Does anyone else have a similar routine and what can I do to make him nap longer during the day?
Ps all naps are on me or in the car as he just screams bloody murder when he’s put down for a nap in his cot x

I'd suggest trying to bring bed time to 7pm. 3 hours is quite a long time for a 3 month old to stay awake and I'd say he is probably fussing because his overtired.

My 3 month olds naps vary during the day depending on how long I can get him to sleep (sometimes 45 mins, sometimes 2 hours). But I try my hardest to get him to have his last nap around 4ish (only ever a 30-45min one, try not to let him sleep past 5pm) then he goes down for 7pm without a fuss.
