Hi all,

Just wondering where everyone has got their sleeping bags from? I have one from the gro company and a couple of gro swaddles but dont really want to pay 35 quid for anymore. Any recommendations?

Thanks Smile

I got mine from Sainsbury’s and Ikea.

My youngest child is 6 though, so this recommendation is a bit out of date.

Mothercare - in the sales. Grobag brand.

My friend found one in a charity shop for £1.50!

WildCherryBlossom · 11/06/2018 20:07

When mine were little I found some lovely ones in TKMaxx

MrsL2016 · 11/06/2018 20:10

I have some from Slumbersac (bought on Amazon) and they were half the price of a grobag and have great reviews.

Erialc80 · 11/06/2018 20:12

I get the grobag ones from tkmaxx, they are loads cheaper in there.

MissT2095 · 11/06/2018 20:14

I have some from Next and some Mothercare own brand ones. You can get cheap ones from the supermarket but I always find them small in size (I've got a giant baby though)

Topsyloulou · 11/06/2018 20:15

DS is 3.5 now so I've got sleeping bags in all sizes & togs & I've got a mix of Sainsbury's, m&s & Grobag. Other than the first one I bought all my Grobag ones came from TK Maxx, much cheaper & normally a good selection of togs & sizes. If we get the hot weather the media are suggesting for the next month I might get one of the 0.5 tog muslin ones from Aden & Anais as DD, 7 months, will not sleep if she's not in a bag, even in the day time.

ThePeopleVersus · 11/06/2018 20:17

I've managed to buy them cheaply at nearly new sales. They wash well! Other than that TK Maxx have had loads in recently at a good price.

DaisyChainsForever · 11/06/2018 20:22

Official 'gro bags' in our local TK Maxx for £16, 1 tog and the Winter ones.

EleanorofCastile · 11/06/2018 20:23

eBay is really good for them, especially the smaller sizes. I’ve no qualms about using second hand as they wear them for a short time and it’s not sustainable for us all to buy new. All were in excellent condition still when she grew out of them (gro company and Aden and Anais mainly) so passed on to charity shops then!

Loops1987 · 11/06/2018 20:25

I've got proper grobags off amazon much cheaper, I paid around £35 for two 18-36 month size. I've also had them from Aldi when they have the baby events on.

Thank you all 😊
