Advice on sleep regression

Hi all

Wondering if you can help me, in past week ds has been sleeping for first 3 hrs of the evening, then waking every hr, he has never been a good sleeper, but we were getting more sleep than this.

He will only go back to sleep after being fed (he is ebf) - do I just ride this out and wait for it to end on its own? Or should I start trying to increase times between feeds?

Thanks

I think at that age I would continue feeding on demand and soldier through it. When we went through sleep regression they did resolve on their own. Tough times though!

Great thanks, good to know they will pull themselves out of it!

We had lots of up and downs in first 12 months with sleep. Now we get a good 12 hours 90% of the time. Heaven!

4 months was a terrible sleep regression for us. Went from 1-2 nightly wake ups to 3-5. It was hellish, so we co-slept. Only lasted a few weeks, a month at most. You'll get through it, these things always pass Flowers
