I've just recently stopped bf my son at night and we are doing sleep training. We've been doing the pick up put down thing. We have a good routine before bed. When I see him getting tired I've started putting him in his cot. He's hysterical. I got in every 3-4 minutes to settle him until he falls asleep. During the day his behaviour has been absolutely horrific, tantrums like never before. Could this be due to the sleep training and hopefully temporary?
I'm out of my mind. I'm emotionally completely and utterly drained :(
