5 hours on a weekday for me. 7 hours ish on a weekend. Soon to change once baby arrives in November! How many hours do you sleep per night and how do you cope with lack of sleep?

Although I had insomnia in January and managed about 2 a night for a solid week. I was throwing up at lunchtime by the end of it.

3 hours gave me super powers Grin after my DS woke every 40mins for 11 weeks I had a few 3 hour stints and I honestly thought I could run a marathon. You just survive. although it seems beyond impossible at the time. I think I get maybe 4-6 hours a night atm. Quite often broken. But this is way better than it has been so I dont feel terrible tbh. Sleep deprivation is the pits but the baby makes it worth it. (Just)

On a good night probably 6-7 hours with 2-3 half hour wake ups. On a bad night DS2 wakes every 1-2 hours so maybe 4-5 hours in blocks of as little as 30 mins sometimes. I get a bit more on weekends because DH gets up with DS1.
