My little one is coming up 13 months & has been a relatively decent sleeper from 10 months. Slept through mostly & napped well bar teething or illnesses.
But from the day of her 1st Birthday she has started waking up constantly at night & screaming 
It lasts for maybe 2 minutes maximum & then she goes back to sleep! It’s like she wakes up a bit, doesn’t want to be awake so just cries out until she’s asleep again! It’s exhauating, she’s waking us up every hour! Its worse than when she was newborn 
She’s also very restless all evening on the monitor, rolls around, wakes up a lot, often sits up then flops back down! Often we have to go rescue her as she’s rolled so much she’s stuck in the corner of her cot!
She has been getting her molars but she’s just as restless & screamy on days she doesn’t seem teethy at all..
She dropped to one nap most days at 11 months.. occasionally she decides to have her second nap & still the screaming in the sleep regardless!
Any thoughts? Just a phase as usual?
