Hi
I have a 16 month old little girl who up until a few weeks ago has been a good sleeper. We have a goodbedtime routine of bath about 6:15, then last bottle and put in her cot where she'd pretty much go straight to sleep at about 7pm.
Recently, as soon as I even attempt to put her in the cot, she screams the place down and works herself into a frenzy. I've tried sitting in with her until she's asleep and creeping out, but no matter how quiet I am, she know I'm going and it starts again. I've tried leaving her to cry for a good 30 mins, but she gets so hot and sweaty I think it's child cruelty. We've resorted to giving up and going to bed where she sleeps with us.
Has anyone experienced this? We're at our wits end!
