6 month old- naps

My little one is a pretty good sleeper at night, 7-6ish with a few wake ups for a dummy/white noise. Will go to sleep fairly easily for naps but they are quite short. Usually around 40 mins at most. Any advice? He often wakes up still tired but I cannot get him to go back over.

normal at that age- just have naps as often as needed or cuddle through transition to get a longer one (i.e. nap on you)
