Dairy intolerance & sleep...

Hi, me again, talking about sleep for the millionth time. It's taken over my life!

So, today we found out our son is intolerant to dairy. He's a terrible TERRIBLE sleeper. We've been advised to cut it out and give him multivitamins with zinc and iron to build up enzymes in his stomach to help break down dairy in future.

Has anyone any experience with the two being connected? We did sleep training (CC for my sins..) about 2 months ago, did ok. Then jabs, new tooth etc happens and it's gone back to waking EVERY HOUR. And I'm done. We're trying again but he's so so so angry and literally screaming the place down and having none of it. I've tried a gradual process but he still wakes every hour, wanting boob/patted to sleep.

He is almost 14 months.

Thanks
