So every day I wake up tired and look forward to bed! Is it just normal as a parent to always feel tired? I usually feel guilty to other half for always needing to go to bed by 9 - but he's away now so it made me realise how much I truly value an early night!

Is life passing me by or is it just a normal part of being a parent for the early years?

I look forward to it more than food or wine or anything else pleasurable!

You have just described my life op! Juggling 2 dc, 7 and 2, and work and all the life admin is exhausting! I will be asleep in 5 minutes!

Seriously I actually almost daydream about bed 😊. Life is so hectic and I just wondered if I was normal as loads of my friends seem to do more. I've got a book in bed now but actually think I might prefer to just nod off

I've got the triple whammy of clean sheets, bath and clean jammies. Bliss
