tell me about your naptime routines please! Do you need one? FTM to a 3 month old and naps are starting to follow a similar pattern, but usually on me! Should I be starting to try to get a routine in place for naptime? Thanks!

My routine (is not actually a routine) involves getting baby to nap any way I can.

Today I b fed him on my bed about 1.30pm and then stuck a dummy in his mouth (which he took- but often tries to spit out) and he slept for 1 1/2 hours.
Then he fell asleep on me after a feed and when I tried to move him he woke ( was about 30 mins at about 5.30 pm)

Looks like thats all the napping I will get until he goes to bed about 10.

Yesterday he napped in the car for about ten mins and in my sling round the supermarket for about 30 mins. This was around 2.30pm

Then went to sleep for about 2 1/2 hours from 4pm- 6.30pm. Stuck dummy in mouth after a feed again- but I do have to hold it there.

No routine as yet- do what I can.

@ruby. That makes me feel better- i thought I was the only one with a non routine routine. How old is your baby?
