Hello,

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and looking at buying my last bits before my little one makes their apprenence! Ive seen alot of people saying how amazing the sleepyhead deluxe+ is for the baby to sleep in. However from what i have read it says to not let them sleep in it unsupervised.. Im a new mum so this maybe a stupid question but if they are sleeping in the sleepyhead deluxe+ at the side of you (in a crib or moses basket) and your asleep also isnt this classed as unsupervised so how would this work?

Technically, they aren't considered fully safe because in theory the baby could turn its head into the padded bit around the side.
They have to write that to cover their backs if anything happened; safe sleeping is on their back, feet at foot of cot, suitable clothing and bedding according to room temperature, no bumpers / pillows / toys / covers that could obstruct the baby's face.
