21 month old napping problem

My daughter (21 months ish) had never been a great regular napper until about 5 months ago when began sleeping for an hour or so straight after lunch. If we're out, she'd sleep in her pushchair. At nursery, she would lie down to sleep with the other kids. At home, she usually wanted a small breastfeed and then would go in her cot.

For the past few weeks, her naps have become much less reliable and there have been a few days where she's not napped at all.

Some days, she will fall asleep eventually (hours 'late') briefly in the pushchair. She'll stand in her cot and scream until she's very much wide awake at home. She's still sleeping st nursery although for slightly shorter periods of time.

Just wondering if there's anything I can do? Do you think she's just basically about to drop her daytime nap? (Shock) Or is it a phase that I can help with?

She sleeps pretty well at night, 11 to 12 hours. She does seem to get tired and grumpy in the daytime without sleep.
