Feed/nap schedule for a 4 month old

Hi mummies! I need some advice!

My lo has his last bottle at 8.30pm (we are gradually bringing this forward each week) he normally falls asleep around 9.30pm and sleeps through till 6.30-7.30am! He struggles to go more than 3 hours without feeding but from his wake up in the morning to his last bottle, I can’t fit in his feeding every 3 hours (ie 6.30, 9.30, 12.30, 3.30, 6.30, then his next one is at 8.30, I want him to have a big feed at 8.30, not have half a bottle because he already had one 2 hours ago) and with “awake windows” I’m currently putting him down for 5 naps, most of them he only naps for 30 minutes, I normally only get 1 (2 if I’m lucky) long naps of about 1-2 hours out of him in a day!

Can anyone recommend or give me a feeding/nap schedule for him?
Thank you :)
