Ds is 3 weeks. 2nd baby. My first was exclusively bf but this one unfortunately didn't take after being in special care unit when born
Anyway he sleeps all day. He will go 3-4 hours then drink 4 or 5oz then straight back to sleep
At night however he is sleeping for a maximum of an hour. Having a tiny bit of milk (maybe half an oz) then falling back to sleep. Then from 1.30 - 4am ish he is wide awake. 2 year old then up at 6.
I know he's only 3 weeks old and I'm not expecting him to sleep through but he seems to have everything backwards.
We are out all the time during the day so hes constantly in daylight and noise however he finds it even easier to sleep when we're on the go so I feel like he's permanently asleep all day. Being home isn't an option as we're currently dealing with a family tragedy which is making the huge lack of sleep seem so much worse.
Any advice on where I'm going wrong especially with the tiny night feeds would be appreciated. Thanks

It takes time for them to figure out day and night I'm afraid.

You're not going wrong anywhere....
