Seriously think I will die of sleep deprivation

DD was an amazing sleeper for the first 10 weeks, fast forward a few months and she wakes 4+ times a night, won't go back to sleep after 4am and refuses to let me put her down for 5 minutes peace during the day, seriously she's 11 months now and she just wants to be held constantly and screams so much.

Any advice before I lose my mind would be greatly appreciatedGrin

Can't help- but I'll join you on the road to insanity.
13 month old. Never slept well - ever used to deal with it by cosleeping but my husband had requested we stop. So now I spend at 2 hours each night with a screaming baby who wakes up every sleep cycle.
I'm sat here crying while she watches peppa freaking pig. Because I just can't deal with anymore crying tonight.

Have you had her ears checked? She is just the right age for ear infection/ referred pain from teeth. Ear pain in small children is agony when horizontal and improves massively when vertical.

Hey @Momo18 come find us on the non-sleeper thread for venting and commiserating Thanks

Are you an sp or is a dp around? We shared the nights. Even with ds1 when it wasn't that bad he would bring him to me to feed in the night and settle him again afterwards. We would also keep the babies in bed with us after feeding at night if they didn’t settle again.

DH and I alternate @Today but tbh the screaming is so loud we both end up awake, she wriggles and winges so much in the bed with us co-sleeping is even worse.

Thanks @Frozen I will head on over to suffer with you all!

@Endoftheline that is a very good point, she's been diagnosed with an ear infection today, makes me so sad for her I never realised she would be in pain laid down, feel really sad for her thinking she's suffered :( Thanks for letting me know.

@Drinky, gosh I definitely know that feeling! I can deal with anything but sleep deprivation, I actually have sleep anxiety due to knowing sleep will be so crap and fearing one more night arghh. Really hope things improve for you soon.

@drinkyourmilk
Why isn't your husband sitting up with her? Seeing as he is the one who won't allow the workable solution.
