Hello there, need some advice from people out there as overthinking it is driving me crazy ha!

My 4 month old son has slept through from about 10 weeks old however his bedtime was 12.00pm in early days and now I settle him at say around 8.30-9.00pm usually after his last bottle. First question is do I settle him at 7ish and then he'll wake for a feed or leave him until 9 knowing he'll sleep through until 7am, had anyone else had this dilemma.. he usual in ok spirits at this time of night however can get gitzzly...
My next one is why is he sleeping in the day so much... hes currently asleep now and has been from around 3.30pm? And had a 2 hour naps earlier and a shorter in this morning? This has been going on for a few days now. He is also waking a night for the first time in a long time and I'm dreading it's the 4 months sleep regression!

Thanks for your help

Leave him until 9- why rock the boat if it is working?
You are lucky. I cant get my baby to sleep until 10.30 after 10 feed and no way hed sleep till 7!
Lucky you on the extra sleep in the day too- all my baby does is fight it!

Leave him until 9!! If he sleeps through then that’s great. My son does the same at night.
