My 12 week old has bath bottle and bed at 7:30pm we then dream feed at 10pm and he used to be up about 4 am then 7:30am

However for the last week he gets up at 3am then 6am and then won’t go back to sleep it’s draining me anyone know why this would be and how I can help him sleep better again?

Pretty much the only thing that is consistent about sleep is that it changes! Babies go through various sleep changes and they just usually pass. Its a question of finding ways to cope rather than finding ways to change their sleep. It's a bit dull but I would suggest going to bed earlier to catch some sleep before he wakes up at 3am. Could your partner do the 10pm feed so you can sleep?

Having said that, is it possible he's teething?

What do I do if he’s teething! My partner does last feed but I still end up going to bed after his feed, I’ll start going earlier

So if he's teething then give calpol or similar before bed and use teething gel like anbesol. You can usually feel the bumps of teeth that are moving, they're often dribbly and chew their hands or toys.

He’s constantly chewing his hand!!
