So my son is 15 months, he started sleeping through at 10 months, with some exceptions due to teething, being poorly etc. For the past 4-6 weeks he has got into the habit of waking between 5-5.30. The only way I can get him back to sleep until between 6-7 is is with a bottle.
I don’t particularly want to get up and start the day at 5am as I also work full time and I’m by myself all week so I’m just finding it all a bit tiring!
He usually goes to bed between 6.30-6.45 because he is just so tired himself from his day at nursery, he has a blackout blind and I’ve tried putting his bedtime back until 7, that just made him wake at 5.30am instead off 5.20 like the last two mornings.
Anyone else experienced similar? Anything I can do or will it just rectify by itself!
