Sleep begets sleep

But there has to be a limit to that surely?

DD is 3 months. We're starting to see a light routine in the day and nights are pretty good. But on a day like today when we have to be out and about she will sleep forever.

She went out at 9.15 this morning and carried on till we stopped to get DS lunch at 11.30. Had a feed and a little look around but had to crack on as DS then needed nap and we had to catch a train. Asleep again by 12.30 and it's now 2.

I am of course enjoying the peace on this long train (not at destination till 15.20) but would you wake her up before that?

Oh. DS is awake now. Maybe he'll wake her up with his post-nap grumpiness....

I would let a 3 month old sleep as long as they will naturally, unless perhaps it was their last nap of the day and getting too close to bedtime.

I will do so. DS stirred, looked around and decided Southeastern trains didn't look fun and conked out again. So that's a bonus
