As the title says - how old was your little one when you stopped cosleeping (either side car or same bed) and how did you do it?

Both mine went into their own rooms at 6 months but once they could walk, they came into my room regularly.

Youngest is 10 and still does about once or twice a week!

I stopped bed sharing when my DD was 13 months old. I put her in her own room in a toddler bed. I still breast feed her to sleep but she sleeps through now and took to it surprisingly well! It’s good to be able to move positions in bed now!

Ashpan toddler bed is a good idea! Do you lie down to feed her to sleep? Do you have a bedrail on to stop her rolling out?

I'm kind of stopping now. DS is 3.7 I still get him to sleep by having a cuddle with him in his bed but I've started coming back to mine later then. He came in during the night a few times in the first week but now he just gets in for a morning cuddle. If he'd been upset I would've just co-slept longer. I wanted to stop because he disturbs me so much with his kicking& flailing about!
