So we’re trying to get DD 9 mo to go to sleep herself in her cot - been feeding to sleep til now. When lying on her back whe grizzling she often pulls her legs right up in the air, but then as she falls asleep they drop down and she wakes herself up. I’ve tried holding her legs and lowering them down slowly but it rarely works and I absolutely killed my back leaning over the cot doing this umpteen times last night. Can anyone suggest anything I can try?
