Just wondering what time your toddlers sleep in the day...

ds (20mo) usually sleeps at about 2pm. If he sleeps much later, he won't go to sleep at night.

Sometimes he has an early nap if we're in the car

2 hours of peace for me in the afternoon. If DS goes to bed at 13.30/14.00 he sleeps much better. Long may it continue!

ds is 22mths, he goes for his nap after his lunch about 1pm until 3pm. If it's any later then he doesn't sleep at night very well.

dd is 15 months today. She naps for 1-2 hours around 1pm.

Ds2 is nearly 3 and he still sleeps for about 1.5 hours from about 1.30pm. He's showing signs of wanting to give it up though so no more time off for me

1pm seems to be the usual then...

thanks!

12.30 ish but 1.15 ish on the two days he does nursery in the morning. He used to get really grumpy if he didn't get his nap started on time but now I think he can manage til much later
