10 month old sleep

Is there generally something going on at 10 months that increases baby sleep?

He's gone from 7/7:30am wake up to 9am wake up in the past week. He will wake about 7:30 for 10 mins then fall back asleep til 9am. He's still snoozing now and it's nearly 10am Shock

A bit of background - he's almost 10 months, he's got 4 teeth coming through at the same time (although they don't appear to be bothering him), it looks like he's trying to transition from 2 naps and 3 bottlers per day down to 1 nap and 2 bottles, he's very active and is trying to walk.

There is just so much going on for him at the moment I'm not surprised he's sleeping so much.

Is this normal at his age?

How long has thing been going on? If your not concerned the might be a bit or unwell or anything then as you said it could just be the nap transition and he’s making up for the lost sleep during the day- although it normally does the other way and nap transitions mean less and worse sleep! 😂

If you’re not worried then I’d just enjoy it!!!

He's been sleeping in for the past week. He doesn't seem unwell, very normal and happy. Reading the threads I was expecting poor sleep, not more sleep.

I'll enjoy it while it lasts Grin

My DD did the same thing around 12months I think. I think it was around the same time she transitioned from 2 naps to 1 so was re-adjusting her patterb I guess. Make the most of the lie-ins!
