7mo sleep

My 7mo DD goes to bed at 7pm, is BF, sometimes falls asleep on me and other times I put her down drowsy. Either way she goes to sleep quickly. Often dont hear a peep out of her until 3/4am when she wakes up for a feed. She used to wake up, feed for 20 mins and then fall back to sleep on me and go back down until 6.30-7, no problem.

She now wakes up at the same time wanting milk (comfort?), only feeds for about 5 minutes and then is awake. I keep the room dark, don't talk to her etc. But it's like she wants to get up and play. On the rare occasion I do get her back to sleep it usually takes a while and then she's up at 6 wanting to start the day and I haven't been back to sleep yet. So for the past 2 weeks my day has been starting at 3/4am! I'm so exhausted and have a lot going on (grandad just gone on to end of life care, parents split up 2 weeks ago)) and feel like I can't cope.

DP works so can't get up with her and she won't take a bottle.

Tried doing a dreamfeed at midnight to ensure she wouldn't wake up but she did anyway. Up at 4 and instead of feeding her we tried water and rocking her to sleep, she wakes up AS SOON as she touches the cot. I just don't know what to do. Feel like I'm falling apart with lack of sleep, I look grey and have had migranes all week.

She was sleeping through the night about a month ago but it was short-lived.

Any suggestions at all please?

How are daytime naps? I know there's a bit of separation anxiety that starts around 29/30 weeks. DD is nearly 7 mo and is a bit of a nap refused now. Night sleep not affected (still 2 hideous wakes a night zzz)

We got into a really good routine of 3 x 1hr naps a day, each one 2 hours after she woke from the last. Now she's 7 months though I think that might be too much so I'm trying to cut it down to 2 longer ones. She seems exhausted though as she gets up at 6.30, I can't really keep her awake any later than 9 and then by 1 she's ready for the next nap, wakes up about 2.30/3 and it seems like a really long time to go until 7.

It’ll be a phase, same with everything :)
