hi there, i am new here and was wondering if anyone could help.
we have a 7 year old daughter who has no issue going to sleep.
however she does not stay asleep.
normally dead on midnight or 1 am she wakes us up wanting a cuddle then starts an hour long fight to get her back to sleep.
once asleep she sleeps through to the morning. she goes to the toilet 15-20 times through his time. when this first started 4-5 months ago we let her come into our bed for a cuddle but this increased to 3-4 times a night. now we do not let her and get her back to bed and try and get her to self settle.
we are really not sure what to do so any advice would be great .... thanks M x
