Naps: When would you wake?

Dd is asleep in the pushchair in the house. She’s had 2 hours already. If I let her, she’d sleep for 2 1/2-3 hours now, and get in a power nap on the school pick up run at 3. Her night time sleep is horrible. She’s just turned 1.
What’s your nap cut off? Wake after 2 hours? 3 hours total in a day? What do other bambino do at this age?
TIA

I have never ever had this problem sadly haha. But in general I’d prefer my 1 year old not to nap after 3, so it’s not about how long she naps but what time she stops napping. But as I say, I’ve never had to wake her!

I found 2/12 hours max at that age was enough. With a power nap on the school run. They always slept better for the nap during the day as they weren't over tired.

I let them sleep for as long as they like before 3pm at that age.
