So my two year old rises before the sun, everyday and always has done. She doesnt aleep through and cries all night, she doesnf have all her teeth and i think this is the main reason. Ive cut her morning nap because she would wake up even earlier as in before 5.... what do i do

Cosleep? At 2, one of my dc still needs to cosleep. She sleeps really well next to us. She would be screaming and running into our room if she was in her own bed. She is breastfed but can now drop off alone at night, so she is getting there. The other twin takes longer to get to sleep but gets herself back to sleep quickly if she wakes in the night.

Mine do sleep better if they have had a nap.

This won't help but my first son was an early riser. Spells of 4am starts then gradually later to around 6 but never later. Nothing we tried worked so I just got used to it and adjusted my routine to his. 6 was a good day. Around 4 he naturally shifted to 6:30 ish and since starting school we have had occasional 7 am starts.

Co sleeping is just going backwards, but thank you for your answer. To be honest when she isnt teething she sleeps through.... but still wakes up early.
Maybe its just her? When shes up shes up there is no laying in bed... we got to get up!!!
I think you may be right @weepingwillows

The thing is about the nap she then takes ages to fall asleep in the night as she ends up havibg a two hour nap where she is so shattered
