Dd is 19 months, she’s alwahs been a crap sleeper but the past 3 nights she’s waking up at 12 and being wide awake and crying! Nothing settles her so Iv ended up getting up with her 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ The first night I left it 3 hours before we ended up getting up.

Urgh, what do I do? I’m so tired 😭

Is she having a learning spurt? My LO has always woken since he learned stuff (from rolling to walking to talking to reading to EVERYTHING) just to make sure he can still do it/still knows it.

What does she want to do when she gets up?

She wants to eat when she gets up. I give her toast and she just is like her normal self.
She goes bed at 6 so I’m wondering if it’s too early now?
She has shot up lately!

Oh then yes, she might be hungry.

Try putting her to bed later also, It's a fine art getting it right and I remember it changing every few months until DS dropped his daytime naps, then it settled. Until the coughs and colds. And Chicken Pox.

When my 3.5yr old went through a stage of waking hungry, I found that giving her high calorie foods in the day helped. And a big slice of malt loaf for supper!

My bet is 18 month sleep regression and/or teething?
