Sleep cycles

Hi
My baby girl is 5 months old and I would like some advice on helping her to settle for sleeps.
Since the 4 month “regression” her daytime naps have dropped from a couple of hours 2/3 times a day to 3/4 30-40minutes. She used to sleep in our arms but now goes down in her cot which I guess is why her sleep is shorter? We do still rock her off to sleep first though. The naps seem to work for her as she is happy and Content during the day.
Nighttime’s have been very disrupted . Some nights she will wake at 11 and then 3/4 for a feed and go back to sleep but other nights she is waking every hour-hour and a Half.
I’m just worried she isn’t getting the deeper sleep she needs?
We are going to move her into her own bedroom and big cot at 6 months so wonder if it may change then? Or if there’s anything we can do to help her settle.
We do not want to do controlled crying or pick up put down sleep training.
Any advice or experiences would be great to have a read, Thank you

All sounds very very normal. As you probably know she's developing a sleep cycle for the first time so she'll wake more.

You can't do much about the waking so just do whatever works to help her get back to sleep. With DD it was a dummy, but whatever suits you. It'll pass (eventually...)
