Sleep gone to pot, nearly 1 year old

DD has been a quite crap sleeper since about 5 months. We did some sleep training at 9 months ish and things had been much better. She slept through 9 times out of 10, and could self resettle with a little chunter.
The past week though has been awful and I’m going a bit bats thinking we are back to square one.
She was up last night at;
9.45-11.00 really sad, wriggly etc.
Then 1.45-2.30 happy giggly awake.
Then 4.45
Up for day at 6.10.
She was boobed back to sleep every time in our bed. She has separation anxiety and top teeth coming through. She used to do 7.00-6.30 in her own bed.
She’s napping now and recently has been having 3hrs in the morning, plus a 30-40 min in the afternoon. I guess my question is;
Should I limit the morning nap in order to get more out her at night? Or just let her rest coz she’s so knackered after her nighttime dicking about.
She eats solids like a horse during the day so I know she’s not hungry when she wakes.
We can’t leave her to cry as it wakes up the neighbour’s son.
Any wise words for a tired out, strung out Mum?

I would suggest a shorter morning nap - say 1 hr, and a longer afternoon one (say 1.5 - 2 hrs) - it may be that with just a short nap in the afternoon, she is overtired come bedtime.

I’ll give it a go!
